We worked with Unity Classical Charter School in Charlotte, North Carolina to install a brand new 5-12yr playground. This design featured two of our popular fitness style play units. The “Appleton” unit features curved monkey bars and a variety of slides. The “Long Ponds” fitness equipment combines a variety of climbers to offer kids a variety of challenges while playing. We’ve found kids love these play units, and often pretend they are on a ninja warrior course!
A large Hip shade sits between the play units to provide students and staff a shaded area to escape the sun. This shade also provides an ideal environment for outdoor classrooms, picnics, and club meetings. In bright shades of purple and yellow, all of the equipment was customized to match school colors!
